I’m not sure if you’ve heard about this yet but we hold these amazing Friends in Film get togethers.

We talked about so many things, experiences on set, philosophies, it was the kind of conversations that I’ve always wanted to have with positive, inspiring, go getter people.

Would it be useful to be PLAYFUL sometimes?

Do you ever lay in bed sometimes worrying about stuff? And the more you focus on that stuff the worse you feel… It’s crazy, we think that we are just thinking. But actually in those moments we are suffering.

Because as you’re lying there in bed worrying about stuff, how do you feel? What emotions do you feel?

I used to try to show people how cool I was. I didn’t even realize I was doing it.

It’s just that when I couldn’t think of what to say, I would talk about myself and say things to put myself in a good light.

Yeah, you’re normal. I remember being so nervous on my first shoot. If you touched my shoulder I would’ve jumped 10 feet in the air.

But it’s all going to change…

Allison reached out to a friend on Facebook about being a production assistant on a feature film shoot. He said, “Aww thanks but we’re all set for this weekend.” Not to be deterred, Allison said, “That’s awesome, what if I was a fly on the wall.” ; – ) ; – )

Well…they let her on set and the girl took over!
