The old triple threat is acting, singing, and dancing. But you don’t even hear that being said anymore.

FIF member Lisa went through a painful break up recently. Here’s an excerpt from her post:

“I have been going through the HARDEST time in my life. However, I’m taking it day by day-loving myself, trying not to go into my old emotional patterns. I am still choosing happiness over suffering in silence.”

The first thing people ask me when they find FIF is, “OK, I’m ready, what do I need to do to get these jobs.”

But it’s actually the wrong question. We all know people who seemingly do the right things, but don’t get the results they want. Why?

This shoot was FUN! Antoine Fuqua was the Director (Training Day) and let me tell you, this is one cool, in shape, focused, but very personable man. He is a boxer and you can tell. We played “Sex Machine” throughout the shoot (4 days) and the first day we all loved it, but by the end, well, enough of that. ;-)

We had an underwater speaker for the pool shoot to play back the music underwater.

This was such a fun shoot. We shot at the beach in Santa Monica, with a ton of food trucks and got to eat their best food for free while we were shooting. They cut that shot though! Oh well, still tasty for us!

This was the shoot where we had a move in the middle of the day, and I went to another set that was shooting next door by accident, they told me where to park and I was about to go on set, and I realized, “Hey! I don’t recognize anyone!” LOL!

This Superbowl spot I did with Fredrik Bond. One of my favorite Directors. In fact, I named my cat after him. Fredrik the Director is from Sweden. And Fredrik the cat is from Norway. A Norwegian Forest Cat. So anyway, we shot the spot at Universal Studios in Hollywood. 4 day shoot. You can get on shoots like this too!
