What to do when things are really bothering you?

Have you ever felt like this?

You just had a great week of work, you may have been on set…And then life happens…And you loose your momentum. Now you don’t feel anywhere near as powerful as you did a week ago and that really bothers you.

What’s worse is you beat yourself up because you think you should not feel that way.

What do you do when something is really bothering you and you loose all your motivation (and you loose your confidence in yourself too)? Here’s a technique that I use all the time, that will give you power and the ability to move forward even when you may feel like crap in the moment.
