But as I did my part in a South African TV production, I thought to myself “Hey I actually like this, and wouldn’t mind making this my carreer”, So I got involved in the filming of Neil Blomkamp’s CHAPPiE where I was chosen as featured extra. But I really thought much more of it when people who were on set before me and rushed to me and made a bug scene telling me that I looked exactly like Hugh Jackman, I was flatterred, but did not believe them. I thought very little of myself at the time due to quite a difficult childhood. I did not know about Wolverine or Hugh Jackman before untill I was told about him on the set of Chappie. It was my turn to go on set, but now I was alert to notice this “Hugh Jackman”. As I came onto set, HE walked right past me and I was like “ALL BIG EYES” I thought I was busy looking into a mirror, and that felt awkward. But a few days later Hugh’s double was fired and I was “BEGGED” to be Hugh’s “Picture double”. That was a very flattering and great thought untill I was asked what my height was, so I told them that I’m 1,96m. Then they were very disapointed because I was 8 cm taller than Hugh, so they couldn’t use me(but I think it had more to do with me being an extra – and not part of CAST). Since then everytime I go on set for soapies, commercials and other films people confuse me for Hugh Jackman. So much so that they ask me for pictures with them. When I walk to the store to go buy a bread, I really started understanding why the public stare at me like they do, the only difference is “Now I know why”.

Due to this I reallized that I actually have potential to become an actor, so I volunteered to act in Student films. I was chosen as lead actor almost every time and every time people would stare at me telling me how much I look like Wolverine.

I did a few online courses on acting and script writing, so I started writing scripts for myself to “star” in which I plan to shoot during 2015. Because I am an entrepreneur at heart I enjoy creating products to sell, I just never knew that I could present myself as a product to market and sell as an actor for rent.

So now I have my own business promoting myself as the oroduct I know through and through. I know ALL my strong points and ALL my flaws, which gives me the advantage of promoting myself all the better.

I now have quite a few Hillywood directors and film makers following my progress online too.

So hopefully soon I might get into A List cast :P
